NEXUSVERSE-2K24,for the first time ever a national level technical symposium from IEEE SB NBKRIST.The day marks a significant moment for us all as we gather to celebrate the inaugural edition of this esteemed symposium. At 'Nexusverse-2k24', we come together to explore the intersection of technology, creativity, and progress. Organized by the IEEE Student Branch of NBKRIST, this symposium serves as a platform for fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and inspiring the next generation of innovators.
Supraja Technologies recently conducted an intensive 4-day cybersecurity workshop, designed to immerse participants in the field of cybersecurity.Over the first three days, attendees explored a range of crucial topics, including network security, ethical hacking, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, incident response, and secure coding practices. On the fourth day, a dynamic hackathon was held, where participants were divided into teams to tackle real-world cybersecurity challenges. This hands-on experience allowed them to apply their knowledge in a competitive environment. Outstanding performers were recognized with certificates and internship offer letters, providing a valuable opportunity to further their careers in cybersecurity.
Arudhih is a two day national level technical symposium which was conducted by IEEE and CSI organizations . This event was conducted in the presence of honourable Director Dr.V.Vijaykumar reddy sir and Dr.A .Raja Shekhar reddy sir and student co-ordinators Mr.D.Srinivas rao sir ,Mr.S.Suresh Babu sir , Mr.M.Shiva Pratap reddy sir. On the day one , the poster and paper presentations and spot events were held .On the second Day ,a workshop was given on the role of ML in Data Science by Dr.Tenali Rama Krishnudu sir .The winners were awarded on the second day of the event by CSE HOD sir and Tenali Ramakrishnudu Sir . Arudhih event was held successfully.
VISTHARA - "BROADEN YOUR SKILLSET" The main motto of the event was to create an awareness about IEEE to the freshers and a game which was on both technical and non-technical aspects were conducted to highlight the scope of IEEE. 1st round - TUG OF WAR, 2nd round - RED LIGHT GREEN LIGHT, 3rd round - SQUID GAME . Students were attracted to the event and gained some knowledge by actively participating in the event
CINEASTE event is a nontechnical event on short films and this event has given many students an opportunity to display their creativity and performance on the screen. Through participating this event many students understood what it means to work in a group and their own potential. Also for entertainment, spot events were held.
The IEEE Student Branch at NBKRIST (N.B.K.R. Institute of Science & Technology) organized a significant event titled "Panel Inauguration." This event marked an important milestone in the chapter's activities and brought together esteemed personalities from academia and industry to share their insights and expertise with the student community. The old panel members handovered the responsibilities to the newly elected panel members. This was followed by the introduction of the distinguished panel members, each recognized for their contributions to their respective fields. The website, designed as a hub for IEEE activities, was unveiled alongside a certificate distribution ceremony to honor contributors.With positive feedback and strong interest in the new initiatives, the event marked a successful milestone, showcasing achievements and paving the way for future growth.
IEEE SB NBKRIST conducted Virtual Mock Interviews to help members enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. Led by Senior P. Jaswanth (2023 graduate & IT professional), participants engaged in 10-20 minute mock interviews focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Each interview included personalized feedback, guiding members to improve and prepare for real-world challenges. This event not only boosted confidence but also strengthened our community and professional growth.
IEEE SB NBKRIST organized CODEMANIA, an exciting coding competition by the DSA Domain Group to
challenge and inspire student programmers.

The launch of Innovacion Magazine marked a significant milestone for IEEE SB NBKRIST, fostering innovation and creativity among students. This student-led publication serves as a platform to showcase groundbreaking projects, inspiring the next generation of technologists. The event strengthened connections between students, faculty, and industry while increasing awareness of ongoing projects within the institution. The overwhelming response and positive feedback from industry professionals highlight the magazine’s potential impact. As we move forward, this initiative will continue to nurture a culture of knowledge-sharing and technological advancement within our IEEE community.
The JavaSpring Workshop at NBKRIST, organized by IEEE SB, provided students with hands-on experience in Java Spring, a widely used framework for enterprise applications. The event began with a prayer song by Charishma from AI&DS, setting an enthusiastic tone. Hosted by Md. Umar and Tejaswini, the workshop covered key concepts like Java Spring fundamentals, Dependency Injection, Spring MVC, and project development using Spring Boot. Guided by Sabari Sir, participants built a simple web application, applying their knowledge in a real-world scenario. The workshop successfully equipped students with essential skills to develop dynamic and scalable applications.
Nexusverse 2.0, organized by IEEE SB NBKRIST, marked a grand inauguration celebrating technology,
creativity, and progress. Recognized as a top IEEE branch in the Hyderabad Section, the event featured multiple
competitions to test technical skills and innovation.

The event attracted 475 attendees and saw fierce competition, creativity, and collaboration. The closing ceremony
honored participants and winners, emphasizing the impact of Nexusverse in fostering a culture of innovation and learning
at NBKRIST. 🚀
